Special Project Leader

  • Analyzed suspense accounts for uncashed checks in violation of escheatment law, prepared escheatment return, and developed procedures to ensure future compliance with the law.
  • Performed cost benefit analysis of Comerica's web-based services, identified opportunity to save Towne $5,000 annually, and transitioned Towne to new services.
  • Created a servicing process flow diagram and manual transactions analysis which helped Towne decide to outsource servicing.
  • Assisted with servicing's account reconciliation, and organized, researched and prepared all 180 outstanding bankruptcy and foreclosure files for outsourcing.
